Sales Manager
Essential Functions
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Consultants and Assistant Sales Managers.
- Conduct regular ride-alongs, in-field coaching, and post-appointment reviews to improve sales effectiveness.
- Drive key performance metrics including demo rate, net close percentage (NCP), NSLI, revenue per demo, appointment volume, and cancellation rates.
- Set the standard for selling excellence through personal production and leadership visibility.
- Meet with homeowners to present remodeling solutions, provide estimates, and close sales opportunities.
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop top-performing sales talent.
- Identify performance gaps and implement coaching plans, accountability measures, and development strategies.
- Partner with Retail Marketing, Call Center, Operations, and Production teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
- Analyze sales reports, productivity trends, and operational data to identify opportunities for increased performance and profitability.
- Aid in scheduling, staffing coverage, and overall market execution.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, urgency, professionalism, and customer-first service.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience leading commissioned sales teams.
- Experience with in-home sales, outside sales, or business-to-consumer sales preferred.
- Experience managing large sales organizations in commission-based environments.
- Ability to analyze sales performance metrics and implement improvement strategies.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record.

- Achievement of sales and revenue goals.
- Improvement in demo rate, NCP, NSLI, revenue per demo, and appointment conversion.
- Sales team productivity, retention, and development.
- Customer satisfaction and reduced cancellation rates.
- Consistent execution of Statewide Remodeling's sales methodology and operational standards.
Job Classification
- This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).
- Salary and benefits are administered in accordance with Renuity compensation and benefits policies.
- Additional incentive compensation may be available based on company sales plans.
