About the role

Drive sales growth in the mid-market segment, working closely with regional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage a portfolio of accounts, develop strategic relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth in the mid-market segment
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, including account planning, relationship management, and account expansion
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing complex accounts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM systems and other sales tools

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Hybrid schedule: 40 hours per week, split between remote work and office days
