About the role
Join us as a Senior Manager, Offer Category Management, and take ownership of commercializing offers that drive real business impact. You'll lead go-to-market strategies, develop compelling messaging, and optimize pricing to position offers for growth and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full offer lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market dynamics
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies that maximize differentiation and accelerate market penetration
- Develop value propositions and messaging that resonate with target audiences and communicate clear benefits
- Use market insights and customer feedback to refine pricing strategies and optimize offer positioning

Pay and Benefits
The expected pay range for this U.S. based position is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.
