About the role
As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative materials solutions that drive advancements in semiconductor technology. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems, leading projects from concept to execution, and providing technical guidance to peers.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop new materials solutions
- Lead project teams through all phases of development
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineers
- Contribute to the design and testing of new materials
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in materials science or engineering
- Strong understanding of semiconductor materials and processes
- Experience with materials characterization techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related field preferred
- Experience with materials synthesis and processing techniques
- Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
