Sales Manager - Holman Honda Centennial
About the role
The Sales Consultant will oversee all aspects of vehicle sales and related paperwork. They will greet customers on the sales floor, perform a needs analysis, explain vehicle features and benefits, demonstrate vehicle operation, research vehicle availability, negotiate prices, and assist with customer issues.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers on the sales floor and perform a needs analysis
- Explain vehicle features and benefits and demonstrate operation
- Research vehicle availability using a computer database
- Negotiate sales price, lease payments, including taxes, trade-in allowances, license fees, and discounts/rebates
- Walk the lot and visually inspect inventory
- Familiarize customers with the vehicle
- Aid the Sales Manager with customer problems
- Oversee the sales process and close deals
Requirements
- Prior sales/customer service experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Clean driving record or minimal violations
