Responsibilities
- Closing Deals & Driving Revenue: Own the sales process from start to finish, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across assigned verticals and regions.
- Maintain consistent deal closures to meet or exceed revenue targets and quotas.
- Build lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in hospitals, clinics, and other target markets.
- Provide exceptional service throughout the sales process to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Understand customer pain points and position Wesper's platform as the best solution to address their needs.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive offerings, and emerging client needs to tailor your approach effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute outreach campaigns and strategies for conferences and industry events.
- Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation.
- Manage all opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry, meeting summaries, and account plans.
- Provide reliable forecasting and insights during weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline reviews.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a proven track record of closing high-value deals in markets such as medical devices, remote patient monitoring, or population health management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue goals and quotas.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and seal the deal.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a knack for building trust and influencing decision-makers.
- Experience working independently in a high-accountability environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
