Sales Manager - Electronics

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a strategic OEM partnership and related automotive accounts
• Drive business development and identify new revenue opportunities
• Serve as the primary customer-facing representative
• Build relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers while expanding existing business
• Act as a liaison between customers, engineering, program management, and leadership teams
• Support commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and account strategy
• Travel regularly to customer sites and company headquarters to support growth initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, account management, or business development experience
• Strong PCB, PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or EMS industry experience
• Technical understanding of PCB-related products and applications
• Experience working with OEMs and/or Tier 1 automotive suppliers preferred
• Proven track record of growing accounts and developing new business
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Must be located on the east side of Michigan
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience prioritized
