This is a unique opportunity to help build a high-growth segment while contributing to the success of a respected industry leader.ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a strategic OEM partnership and related automotive accountsDrive business development and identify new revenue opportunitiesServe as the primary customer-facing representativeBuild relationships with OEM and Tier 1 customers while expanding existing businessAct as a liaison between customers, engineering, program management, and leadership teamsSupport commercial discussions, quotations, negotiations, and account strategyTravel regularly to customer sites and company headquarters to support growth initiatives Qualifications 10+ years of sales, account management, or business development experienceStrong PCB, PCBA, electronics manufacturing, or EMS industry experienceTechnical understanding of PCB-related products and applicationsExperience working with OEMs and/or Tier 1 automotive suppliers preferredProven track record of growing accounts and developing new businessStrong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skillsMust be located on the east side of MichiganBachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience prioritized Benefits Target base salary around $100,000 to $130,000+ with flexibility for highly qualified candidatesQuarterly profit-sharing programPerformance bonus opportunitiesCar stipend and company-paid travel expensesComprehensive benefits beginning on day one401(k) with company matchFully remote role with an optional office in Auburn Hills, MISignificant long-term growth potential within a newly developing business unitRelocation assistance available for exceptional candidatesReady to leverage your PCB/PCBA expertise and help build a high-growth automotive electronics business?
