Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a sales territory focused on conveyor belt products and vulcanizing services.
- Possess strong knowledge of vulcanizing, belt splicing, repairs, and conveyor components.
- Read conveyor layouts and understand technical service requirements.
- Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with customers.
- Travel within assigned territory and visit industrial job sites.
- Track sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Stay current on conveyor technology, belting products, and industry safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in conveyor belting, heavy black belt, or industrial maintenance services.
- Strong knowledge of vulcanizing, belt splicing, repairs, and conveyor components.
- Ability to read conveyor layouts and understand technical service requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory and visit industrial job sites.
- Valid driver’s license/Social Security Card/Passport.
- Drug Test/Background Check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in mining, aggregates, cement, or bulk material handling industries.
- Experience selling both products and service-based solutions.
- Mechanical or technical aptitude related to conveyor systems.
