Sales Manager - Banjo's Launceston
About the role
Banjo’s is currently looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Manager to join the Launceston team! Leading the Sales Team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, supervising employees and assisting with managing the daily operations of the bakery. If you’re a confident leader who thrives in a fast-paced food environment – we’d love to hear from you! We’re open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4:45 am and 6:30 pm, including weekends and public holidays; giving you the opportunity to gain diverse experience and enjoy a flexible work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Fast and friendly service
- Lead by example – inspire staff to achieve more
- Managing the daily operations of the store
- Supervising the Sales Team
- Preparing and serving high quality foods, drinks and coffees
- Training of new Sales employees
- Opening and closing of the store
- Merchandising products
- Follow Banjo’s established WHS practices to ensure you and your team are always safe at work
Requirements
- Confidence, with a positive attitude
- Experience in providing customer service
- Reliability, with good organisation and communication skills
- Experience managing and supporting a team
- A team player, who loves a challenge
