Sales Manager

About the role

Located at Elements Massage - Boise and Meridian Studios. As the Sales Manager, you will be a key player in driving membership sales and creating a welcoming, results-oriented environment across our two studios. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly membership goals by engaging with new clients, encouraging rebookings, and ensuring every interaction highlights the benefits of regular services through our Wellness Program. This role is ideal for someone who is experienced in sales, self‑motivated, and wants to continue to cultivate our empowering sales and wellness culture.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Membership Growth: Proactively engage and reach out to clients to drive membership sales, meet individual and team targets, and achieve conversion goals.
• Client Relationship Building: Foster relationships with clients by understanding their wellness needs and educating them on the benefits of membership; resolve any guest complaints and/or concerns and escalate to senior management if needed.
• Goal Setting & Tracking: Collaborate with studio management to set monthly sales goals, track progress, and implement improvement strategies as needed.
• Sales Coaching & Team Support: Provide a high‑energy presence at the front desk, assisting with client check‑ins, scheduling, and other administrative tasks (shift coverage, roleplaying, leading monthly meetings); assist in training, onboarding, and mentoring front desk team members in effective sales techniques and strategies to increase overall studio sales; maintain and assist with fostering a professional and positive work atmosphere; ensure staff follow protocols and service standards; encourage staff to roll out “red carpet” service to all new and existing clients each visit; monitor punctuality and communicate directly with front desk and service providers if they are running late, not following the Service Path, or not completing all studio side work before leaving their shift, along with communicating any patterns or unresolved issues to the management team.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a service‑based industry.
• High‑energy and positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with the ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale software or CRM systems is a plus (Mindbody
