Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and federal laws.
• Guide branch personnel through effective scheduling and daily direction.
• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to align with sales goals and drive profitability.
• Supervise staff—hiring, coaching, and providing performance feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers through regular store visits and surveys.
• Lead safety initiatives to reduce work-related injuries and shape a secure working environment.
• Manage branch budgets meticulously, including labor dollars.
• Uphold the company's integrity and professionalism in service delivery.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous direct store delivery sales and management experience.
• Valid Class D driver's license and successful Motor Vehicle Check.
• Strong supervisory skills for overseeing branch personnel.
• Budgeting experience to manage labor dollars effectively.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry.
• Proficiency in industry-related software and tools.
• Customer-centric mindset and problem-solving aptitude.

Pay

Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 annually.
