Sales Manager

Ulta Beauty · Port Orchard, WA · 3 wk ago
On-siteBusiness Development$28–$35/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections with real content. We have overview, general summary, principal duties & responsibilities (Performance, People, Process). Job Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Special Position Requirements). Working conditions. Pay range. Benefits info. About Ulta Beauty (company overview). Also mission etc. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes some EEO statement at end: "We will consider for employment all qualified applicants..." That's EEO; should be removed. Also the "About At Ulta Beauty..." is company overview; could be placed under "About the role"? Actually "About" heading is allowed? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have "About the role" for overview/general summary. Then "Responsibilities" for principal duties. Then "Requirements" maybe for qualifications? But we also have "Qualifications" and "Skills" separate. We need to decide. We have Education, Experience, Skills, Special Position Requirements. Could combine Education+Experience under "Qualifications". Skills under "Skills". Special Position Requirements maybe under "Requirements"? But we already have Requirements heading. Might be redundant. Better: Use "Qualifications" for education and experience. Use "Skills" for skills. Use "Requirements" maybe for special position requirements and working conditions? However working conditions could be part of Requirements? But we can also omit if not needed. We have Pay range: $28.00 - $35.00 / Hour. So we need a Pay section. Benefits: Full-time positions eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits. Also link to benefits page. So we need Benefits section. Schedule: "Work a flexible, full-time schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, holidays". Also "Attend corporate business meetings and conferences". So Schedule section. We also have Working Conditions: physical demands. Could be part of Requirements or maybe omitted if not required? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have working conditions details; we could include under "Requirements" or maybe a separate "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes those specific ones; we should stick to them. So we can fold working conditions into "Requirements" or maybe "Qualifications". Probably under "Requirements". We'll include a brief paragraph. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific pay range, so include Pay. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details from overview, general summary, duties, qualifications, skills, special position requirements, working conditions, pay, benefits, schedule, about company. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. We'll structure:

About the role

Overview text + General Summary & Scope combined.

Responsibilities

  • ... each duty as list items.
We need to split duties into Performance, People, Process categories maybe as subheadings? But only allowed headings are those; we could still include subheadings using

However we need a Schedule section if we have schedule info. We'll put schedule info under Schedule section. But we already have schedule in Special Position Requirements; we could move that to Schedule section and remove from Special Position Requirements (or keep both but avoid duplication). Better to put schedule info under Schedule section, and maybe keep Special Position Requirements under Requirements? Actually we have Requirements heading; we could put Special Position Requirements there. But we also have Qualifications and Skills. Let's decide: We'll have sections: - About the role - Responsibilities - Qualifications (Education + Experience) - Skills - Requirements (Special Position Requirements + Working Conditions) - Benefits - Pay - Schedule Check if any section would be empty: all have content. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement; we removed. We must not include duplicated lines; ensure not repeating. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes ampersand (&) etc. Should be fine as plain text within
