This position is responsible for generating leads and closing agreements, processing renewal payments, and maintaining showroom floors. Responsibilities

• Generate leads and close agreements
• Process renewal payments
• Physically handle merchandise to maintain showroom floors
• Form important relationships and gain useful skills for a meaningful career

• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies
• Aid General Manager with operational functions
• Aid with deliveries in the absence of a driver

Qualifications

• Age: 21 years old (18 in Canada)
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Two years of college or previous management experience preferred
• Valid state Driver’s License and meet DOT requirements for certification (U.S.)
• Flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm
• Able to perform physical job, including lifting to 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (training provided)

Pay

The salary range for this role is $18.75 to $19.75 per hour. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Schedule

A flexible schedule with availability between 8 am to 9 pm.
