Sales Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental solutions revenue targets
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

Team Leadership

  • Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets

Training and Development

  • Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge

Client Relationship Management

  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department
  • Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges
  • Motivate and encourage the sales team to ensure quotas are met
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient with Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required
  • A minimum of three years of sales experience is required
