Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve departmental solutions revenue targets
- Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Team Leadership
- Lead and inspire a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets
Training and Development
- Coach and train team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge
Client Relationship Management
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales department
- Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure overall satisfaction
- Empathy and understanding in dealing with clients facing financial challenges
- Motivate and encourage the sales team to ensure quotas are met
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with Salesforce
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, or related field, OR comparable record of sales leadership experience required
- A minimum of three years of sales experience is required
