Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the sales team in achieving targets.
- Set sales goals and monitor performance metrics.
- Train and mentor sales representatives.
- Develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
- Handle key customer accounts and resolve escalations.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams.
- Report sales performance to senior leadership.
Skills & Qualifications
- Typically a University degree (or equivalent work experience) and 9+ years of relevant work experience are minimally required to be able to manage and coordinate one or more expert-level teams.
- Experience in sales team management.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and reporting tools.
- Ability to analyze data and drive performance.
