About the role
Steinhafels is recruiting a Sales Manager. This position has the overall responsibility to coach, train, and direct the sales staff.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the store ensuring every detail has been accomplished
- Keep the sales floor maintained with well trained Sales Associates who uphold our standards
- Handles sales conflicts in a timely manner with the goal to resolve
- Handles all disciplinary actions as set by the company guidelines
- Observes sales staff to better coach a successful staff
- Pre-hiring surveys, interviewing, and hiring to meet staffing requirements
- Take part in the training of new sales associates
- Participates in management meetings
Requirements
- Requires the ability to motivate, communicate and train employees
- Requires good organizational skills
- Requires regular weekend availability
