Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the complete sales cycle for training management systems and e-learning solutions, from lead generation to closure.
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and close complex deals.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand enterprise and institutional accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals.
- Understand customer needs and present tailored learning solutions that address business challenges.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demos, and customized proposals.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms in line with company policies.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with Product and Marketing teams to support product improvement.
- Strengthen brand visibility in the EdTech and enterprise learning space.
- Track sales performance, manage pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software or SaaS sales, preferably in EdTech, or enterprise learning solutions.
- Experience leading, mentoring, and managing a sales team.
- Strong understanding of LMS, LXP, TMS, or enterprise learning platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, or startup environment.
- Strategic and consultative mindset with strong business and problem-solving skills.
