About the role

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role as the sales manager is to drive top-line sales while supervising and directing the sales staff. The Sales Manager acts as a member of the store leadership team under our Store Manager and has influence on and responsibility for all aspects of sales, customer, and employee experience. As a leader in the jewelry industry for four generations and as the largest family-owned jeweler in the U.S., Shane Co. serves our customers with an unparalleled standard of excellence.
