The Big Task

• Drive sales goals for our home service and replacement business
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals
• Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals
• Provide training for techs on providing the 5-Star Experience for our customers
• Communicate and align with other departments and functions
• Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure appropriate sales metrics
• Train sales and technicians as necessary
• Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing
• Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value
