This position reports directly to the Head of Sales and will be a part of the Sales team, working remotely (preferably Colorado, Utah, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, or West Virginia) in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Develop a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and maintain ongoing opportunity forecast
- Propose and pitch competitive solutions appropriate to the customer’s challenges
- Achieve assigned annual order intake and revenue targets
- Write annual sales plans for managed accounts and provide regular progress updates to the business
- Follow defined company processes and procedures throughout sales cycle leveraging required business software
- Keep informed of relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, competitive offerings, and technology developments
- Keep informed of relevant internal developments (technology, Products & Services, policies & procedures) by attending relevant training and on-going self-study
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of related & relevant Sales experience in oil & gas, energy and/or pipeline industry
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Technical degree or related experience
- Ability to travel +50% is required

Position will require driving to client sites, meetings, while travelling for business on behalf of ROSEN, or other ROSEN locations. Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle in accordance with all applicable traffic laws and company policies. Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and verification of eligibility to work in the country of employment. Employment sponsorship (e.g., H-1B, TN, or other work visas) is not available, except for current ROSEN employees who may be eligible under internal transfer or sponsorship policies.
