Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching Account Executives.
- Develop strategies to achieve sales revenue and goals using independent judgment.
- Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales targets.
- Possess the ability to prospect, quantify, and present integrated radio and digital advertising solutions to clients.
- Actively close deals alongside team members, demonstrating a hands-on sales approach.
Qualifications And Skills
- Minimum of 3+ years of radio and digital sales experience.
- At least 2+ years in sales management within broadcast or digital sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and proven success in managing sales teams.
- Ability to recruit, train, and develop new Account Executives.
