Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a sales team, including recruiting, training, and coaching Account Executives.
  • Develop strategies to achieve sales revenue and goals using independent judgment.
  • Lead and motivate the team to exceed sales targets.
  • Possess the ability to prospect, quantify, and present integrated radio and digital advertising solutions to clients.
  • Actively close deals alongside team members, demonstrating a hands-on sales approach.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 3+ years of radio and digital sales experience.
  • At least 2+ years in sales management within broadcast or digital sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and proven success in managing sales teams.
  • Ability to recruit, train, and develop new Account Executives.
