Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
- Coach sales associates through regular one-on-one meetings, opportunity reviews, and territory strategy discussions.
- Drive consistent execution of the sales process, including opportunity development, pipeline management, forecast accuracy, and account planning.
- Ensure disciplined use of CRM tools and maintain accurate, visible sales activity and pipeline data.
- Support sales associates in advancing complex opportunities through coaching, strategy development, and cross functional collaboration.
- Partner effectively with Engineering & Services, Sales, Operations, Marketing, and other internal teams to support team selling and customer success.
- Support the development and execution of annual sales plans aligned with company strategy and priority growth initiatives.
- Analyze sales performance, pipeline activity, and market opportunities to identify gaps and implement actions to improve results.
