About the role
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to oversee the daily operations of our appointment setting team within a call center environment. This role is responsible for driving performance, coaching team members, maintaining high conversion standards, and ensuring every client interaction reflects the quality of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the appointment setting team
- Monitor call activity, performance metrics, and conversion rates
- Coach, train, and develop team members to improve sales performance and call quality
- Provide real-time feedback and conduct regular performance reviews
- Ensure team consistently meets or exceeds booking and KPI targets
- Handle escalated calls and assist with objection handling when needed
- Maintain accountability, attendance, and adherence to schedules
- Collaborate with leadership on strategy, reporting, and process improvements
- Uphold a professional, client-focused environment aligned with a luxury brand
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a call center environment
- Strong background in appointment setting and/or inside sales
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams to meet and exceed performance goals
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement effective strategies
- Driven, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
