About Re-Bath
Re-Bath is looking for a Sales Manager to lead and develop a 15-person Design Consultant team spanning Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Design Consultants through ride-alongs, 1:1s, and weekly performance check-ins
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to sales standards and activity metrics
- Build consistent processes and visibility across Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville without micromanaging remote markets
- Diagnose performance gaps — distinguishing skill issues from will issues and build improvement plans
- Lead difficult conversations directly and professionally, including with former peers now reporting to you
- Partner with People Ops and leadership on performance management and team structure decisions
- Run team meetings and represent the Carolina markets' voice to senior leadership
Qualifications
- 3 years sales leadership experience
- Proven top-performer track record in a Design Consultant or comparable sales role
- Strong communicator who can be direct and supportive at the same time
- Comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback
- Self-aware about personal strengths and growth areas as a first-time or early-career manager
- Willingness to travel regularly between Charlotte, Greenville, and Asheville
- Prior leadership, mentoring, or informal team-lead experience a plus
