Sales Excellence
- Execute the entire sales process, including lead generation, follow-up, and closing.
- Provide studio tours, target individual client goals, and present tailored membership options.
- Book quality appointments and participate in community events to achieve monthly sales targets.
Client Engagement
- Provide studio tours, target individual client goals, and present tailored membership options.
- Complete corporate training, process payments accurately, capture social media content, track client participation, and maintain studio/retail cleanliness.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 1+ years of fitness sales or related management experience is preferred (boutique fitness knowledge a plus).
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, confidence in making outbound calls, and proficiency with computer systems.
- Traits: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly organized, and able to work effectively under pressure. Friendly and warm personality to meet and greet prospects and clients.
Availability
- Must be able to work: 3 morning shifts (approx. 7:45am-2pm), 1-2 night shifts (approx. 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM) and 1-2 weekend shifts (7:30 AM – 1:00 PM) per month.
