Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Define sales objectives and market segmentation strategies.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance and adjust commercial plans as needed.
- Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 customers.
- Led and participate in negotiations with key accounts and strategic partners.
- Cookordination with marketing, product, and customer service teams to optimize the customer experience and purchasing process.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analyses for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Experience with leather or synthetic leather materials.
- Experience working with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic sales plans.
- Willingness to travel within the United States and internationally, as required.
- Valid passport.
- Personal vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $10,000–$12,500 USD per month.
- Performance bonus and sales commission structure.
- Benefits package in accordance with U.S. standards.
- Travel expenses covered for business trips.
Schedule
Hybrid work model.
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Remote and in-office schedule to be determined during the final interview process.
