Sales Manager

About the role

BMW of Ontario, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and managing a team to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to exceed sales targets.
• Provide expert guidance to customers to ensure they find the perfect vehicle.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set and manage sales goals based on individual team member’s skill levels.
• Maintain a visually appealing showroom to attract potential customers.
• Work closely with the General Manager to set and report on monthly and annual goals for the Sales Department.

Requirements

• At least two years of automotive retail management experience and at least two years of automotive retail sales experience.

Benefits

The compensation for this position is salary plus commission, with an expected range of $120,000 to $200,000 per year.
