About the role

Mercedes-Benz North Scottsdale, a Penske Automotive Group dealership, seeks a Sales Manager to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers have an exceptional car-buying experience at every step of their journey.
• Provide unparalleled expertise to assist customers in finding the right vehicle, including comprehensive product knowledge.
• Motivate and train the sales team, set sales goals based on individual capabilities, and maintain an attractive showroom to attract customers.
• Strive to grow the dealership and career by setting and achieving monthly and annual goals for the Sales Department with the General Manager, and reporting on progress.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Friendly, enthusiastic, reliable, and positive "team-player" attitude.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• A strong work ethic capable of handling a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proven sales management leadership with at least two years of automotive retail management and two years of automotive retail sales experience.

Pay

Compensation for this position is based on production/sales. The wage ranges are not guaranteed and are estimates based on expected production/sales. The minimum for this position is Arizona state minimum wage.

Schedule

Hours are flexible but generally include a mix of in-store and remote work.
