Sales Manager

This is a full-time, permanent role. Mostly working Monday to Friday, with flexibility in working hours required to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of products and packages to attract new business to Runway Visitor Park and ensure ambitious growth targets are delivered.
• Adopt a clear and strategic approach to diary management, ensuring all events sold drive venue utilisation while optimising yield management.
• Actively seek and support marketing opportunities for the venue, working closely with the in-house marketing team.
• Manage the Sales and Event Executive.
• Engage in sales strategy, financial planning and forecasting, marketing and communications, and operational delivery.

Requirements

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A strong track record in sales with a solid background in event delivery and logistics.
• A passion for the sales and events industry.
• A strong commercial mind, able to identify opportunities for revenue growth and strategically plan to deliver on these opportunities.
• The ability to manage time effectively.

• Be proactive and hardworking.
• Be able to work under your own initiative and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with precision in producing detailed operational plans.
