About the role
We're seeking a Sales Manager to lead a community and drive sales success using the LGI way. Key responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, training, and inspiring a team to meet sales goals, providing ongoing development, setting monthly goals, and leading weekly training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, select, train, and inspire a team to meet and exceed annual sales goals
- Provide ongoing development and training
- Set monthly goals and lead weekly group training sessions
- Guide potential homebuyers through the sales process
Requirements
- Proven track record of high sales performance
- Experience in training, managing, and motivating a team
- Exceptional communication skills, both face-to-face and via telephone
- Available to work on weekends
- A valid driver's license

Pay
Total Compensation: $149,100 - $233,560+ with uncapped potential. (Range based on 15-24 units closed per quarter at an average sales price of $494,000)
Schedule
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends required.
