- Preferred experience in the following areas: 3-5+ years of sales management or sales leadership experience, proven success improving customer retention and customer satisfaction, experience managing KPIs, scorecards, and performance metrics, experience analyzing sales data and using reports to make business decisions, experience in residential service industries, experience in the lawn care, landscaping, home services, or green industry, Knowledge of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
