About the role
The Sales Manager will serve as the primary growth driver for our System Integration business across North America, taking direct accountability for identifying, developing, and closing high-value opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic sales efforts for complex system integration opportunities across North America
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across target industries, including logistics, distribution, manufacturing, and retail supply chains
- Build and manage relationships with customers, strategic partners, consultants, and key decision-makers
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opportunity development through solution shaping, negotiation, and contract closure
- Partner with engineering and solution teams to develop competitive, customer-specific proposals
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver against revenue and growth targets
- Travel approximately 50% across North America to customers, partners, and industry events
Requirements
- Gained 10+ years of sales experience in intra logistic automation projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proven success in business development, account management within system integration, material handling, software solutions, or related industries
- Experience selling complex, customized, project-based solutions with long sales cycles
- Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with a track record of closing major opportunities
- Experience managing strategic customer relationships at multiple levels within client organizations
- Collaborate effectively with technical and cross-functional teams in developing solutions and proposals
- Experience in logistics, supply chain automation, manufacturing, or related industries is preferred
