Responsibilities

• Experience in Contract Logistics/3PL business strongly preferred.
• Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients.
• Manage key accounts, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service and building long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and sustainability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales eCommerce/3PL/Contract Logistics industries.
• Strong knowledge of logistics, transportation, and supply chain solutions is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
