About the role
The Sales Manager leads, develops, and holds accountable a team of sales representatives to achieve revenue and performance goals. This is a hands-on, field-driven leadership role where you will coach reps, drive production, and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and hold sales reps accountable to performance
- Drive revenue, close rates, and pipeline activity
- Conduct ride-alongs and provide real-time coaching
- Recruit, hire, and train new sales reps
- Track KPIs and manage performance through CRM
- Partner with operations to ensure a strong customer experience
Requirements
- 7+ years of sales experience, 3+ years in leadership
- Proven ability to drive team performance and revenue
- Experience in roofing, remodeling, or home services preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, field-based environment
Pay
Base Salary: $70,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $120,000–$180,000+ (uncapped)
