About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager. Drive sales growth through strategic marketing initiatives and customer engagement programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of increasing sales and market share.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
