Responsibilities

• Provide underserved customers access to high‑quality goods that enhance their quality of life.
• Drive sales growth through completed installment sales agreements and prospecting new business and customers.
• Deliver friendly, top‑notch customer experiences with “white glove” service and a servant’s heart in stores and customers’ homes.
• Handle deliveries and pickups: safely load/unload and install products, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness, keeping customers and coworkers in mind.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record (you will be driving company vehicles)
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
• Great communication and customer service skills
