What You’ll Do
- Lead sales activity across our customer base throughout the Midwest and Western states to grow revenue and expand accounts
- Develop new business while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- Prepare accurate pricing and proposals; negotiate profitable, long-term agreements
- Monitor market conditions and share timely insights with leadership and the sales team
- Collaborate with operations, purchasing, quality, and logistics to ensure commitments are met
- Conduct regular customer visits with the sales team to identify opportunities
- Forecast performance, track results, and adjust strategies to meet objectives
What You Bring
- 3–5 years of steel/service center sales, supply, or manufacturing experience
- Strong knowledge of flat-rolled steel and customer manufacturing needs
- Proven ability to negotiate and secure competitive business
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently with high integrity and discretion
