Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be open to a full-time in-office work setup in Austin, Texas.
Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling sales functions from 0 to 10+ reps.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in SMB ($1M–$10M revenue) accounts.
- Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and playbooks.
- Effective coaching and mentoring skills for sales teams.
- Experience with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
