Included developing cold outbound strategies, inbound conversion frameworks, and re-engagement playbooks.

Owned forecasting and CRM discipline, contributing to accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting.

Sold into SMBs ($1M–$10M revenue), with a primary focus for multiple years and strong results.

Hired and consistently coached sales reps through call reviews, deal strategy, and performance management, driving measurable improvements.

Requirements

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Must be open to a full-time in-office work setup in Austin, Texas.

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling sales functions from 0 to 10+ reps.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in SMB ($1M–$10M revenue) accounts.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and playbooks.
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills for sales teams.
  • Experience with CRM systems and forecasting tools.
