Key Responsibilities
- Build a solid Residential Sales team that exceeds sales goals
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to grow the Guardian brand
- Set and track sales targets and KPI metrics for the Residential Sales team
- Maintains employee productivity and motivates the team to reach daily sales goals
- Coordinates team activities and projects to meet project timelines
- Implement sales incentive programs and contests to increase employee performance
- Provide coaching and training for Residential Sales team members
- Conduct regular opportunity and KPI review meetings with the team to ensure achievement against targets
- Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks
- Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the customer relationship management (CRM) system by providing weekly data integrity checks
Experience/Competencies Required
- Some college or equivalent working experience required
- Five years of sales experience required
- Two years of sales team leadership required
- Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
- Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Positive, outgoing, results-oriented, ambitious, team leader
- Ability to motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
