About the role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts and expand our presence in the Las Vegas market. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth, mentoring a sales team, and developing key relationships within the commercial construction and development community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute short- and long-term sales strategies to expand market share throughout the Las Vegas region
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to achieve revenue and performance goals
- Evaluate and implement new sales approaches to increase pipeline and close rates
- Cultivate relationships with developers, general contractors, property managers, and key decision makers
- Identify new market opportunities and expand existing client partnerships
- Represent Gothic Landscape at industry events, trade associations, and networking functions
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and successfully close high-value construction projects
- Ensure pricing aligns with profitability goals and approved project estimates
- Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and successful execution
- Facilitate pre-construction meetings to ensure alignment between sales and field operations
- Stay informed on industry trends, technical innovations, and competitive activity
- Provide strategic insight to leadership on emerging opportunities and client needs
Requirements
- The ideal candidate brings an established network within the development, construction, or property management community and a track record of converting relationships into revenue
- Bachelors degree in Business, Construction Management, or related field preferred
- 5-7+ years of outside sales experience in landscape construction, commercial construction, or a closely related industry
- Demonstrated success in developing new business and managing high-value client relationships
- Experience leading or mentoring sales professionals

- Base Salary: Starting at $100k/year, DOE
