Requirements
- Proven track record in sales leadership
- Experience with CRM systems
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive retail
- Experience with AI and/or social selling tools
