What You'll Own
- The number -- full stop
- Pipeline discipline and SQL-to-close execution
- A forecast leadership trusts before the quarter ends, not after
- The system -- find where it breaks, fix it, don't break what works
- The feedback loop between sales, marketing, and leadership
- The foundation that makes the next hire obvious and fast
Requirements
- You've managed a sales team at a SaaS company and have the numbers to prove it
- You've closed complex deals yourself, you know what good looks like from the inside
- You build systems that outlast you
- You hold people accountable without making it personal
- You already use AI in your daily workflow and can name exactly how
- You find patterns in lost deals before anyone asks you to

- Someone who has only carried a bag and wants a title on the side
- Managers who lead through presence instead of systems
- Anyone who needs headcount and infrastructure to be effective
- "Let me loop in the team" people
