Sales Manager

We're looking for an owner to take charge of our sales efforts. This role is for someone who has managed a sales team at a SaaS company and has the numbers to prove it. You should also have the skills to close complex deals, build systems that last, hold people accountable without being harsh, and use AI in your workflow.

Requirements

• You've managed a sales team at a SaaS company and have the numbers to prove it
• You've closed complex deals yourself, you know what good looks like from the inside
• You build systems that outlast you
• You hold people accountable without making it personal
• You already use AI in your daily workflow and can name exactly how
• You find patterns in lost deals before anyone asks you to

Qualifications

• You're ready to own the number and the pipeline
• You're not afraid to challenge the status quo and make changes
• You're comfortable with the feedback loop between sales, marketing, and leadership
• You're not someone who needs headcount and infrastructure to be effective

Pay

$130,000 - $200,000 OTE
