Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining budgeted gross margin goals
- Build and oversee an inside sales function to follow up on leads and support field sales
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach a high-performing sales team
- Conduct ride-alongs to mentor and develop team members in the field
- Develop and manage sales budgets and projections
- Adjust pricing strategies to ensure profitability and competitiveness
- Collaborate with internal and external marketing teams to strengthen messaging and lead generation
- Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting
- Oversee job readiness to ensure smooth installation handoffs
- Review and approve sales team commission structures and payouts
- Represent the company professionally in the community
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of progressive experience in sales leadership
- Proven ability to manage and scale a complex sales environment
- Strong experience managing and coaching high-performing sales teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer-focused mindset
- HVAC or home services/trades experience preferred
