Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive sales management or a related sales leadership role.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and dealership operations is a plus.
- Able to analyze sales data and market trends to drive decision-making.
- Must be located in or willing to travel to Ahoskie, NC.
