Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Roofing Sales Professionals in a high growth and rapidly changing company
- Review and prepare feedback for Project Managers using sales data, technician feedback, KPI's, and sales process accountability
- Aid each individual Project Manager and help them to achieve their goals, both personal and professional
- Coordinate and prepare review materials
- Perform jobsite training
- Facilitate group meetings
- Cookordination and cooperation with the other business leaders will be critical to your success
- Support on our advanced CRM tool - maintaining up-to-date prices and coaching on proper price book usage
- Coordinate and/or conduct technical training
- Resolve customer concerns that require management involvement
- Nexstar Sales Process Training through field training and sales meetings
- Help with equipment vendor discussions & negotiations
- Investigate and implement industry best practices including training, sales process, KPIs, and technology
Requirements
- Roofing industry experience not required, but valued
- Proven track record in management experience, 1-3 years in a leadership role
- Ability to inspire and lead others to achieve goals
- Good presentation skills; able to convey confident and decisive messages
- Multitasker who enjoys working with diverse teams on varied projects
- Detail oriented and highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Selfless individual who can prioritize the needs of the team above individual needs
- Passionate about Ferguson Roofing and loves the brand
- High integrity with advanced communication skills and ability to make solid connections
- Strong desire to motivate team members to be better tomorrow than they are today
