About The Role The role leads a team of SDRs and account executives in a remote-first B2B SaaS sales organization, owning quota attainment, coaching, and pipeline generation for a mid-market segment. Sales managers here directly shape revenue outcomes: running weekly pipeline reviews, building repeatable outbound motions in tools like Outreach and Salesforce, and developing early-career sellers into closers. This is a player-coach role with real influence on go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Hire, onboard, and coach a team of 6-10 SDRs and AEs against monthly pipeline and booking targetsRun weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call-coaching sessions using Gong conversation intelligenceForecast pipeline and quota attainment in Salesforce; report weekly to sales leadership with clear risk callsRefine outbound sequences, ICP definitions, and messaging in partnership with marketing and RevOpsManage territory planning and lead-routing logic to keep coverage balanced and conversion highDrive attainment to plan across activity, meetings booked, and sourced pipeline metricsBuild career paths and promote top performers into senior IC or leadership roles What We Are Looking For 3-6 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, including 1-2 years managing or leading a sales teamProven record of hitting or exceeding team quota across multiple quartersHands-on with Salesforce, Outreach or similar sales-engagement platforms, and Gong or ChorusStrong coaching instincts: able to diagnose pipeline gaps and give specific, actionable feedbackComfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment and making data-backed decisionsBachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent practical experienceBonus: experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers in a vertical SaaS environment; experience building an SDR team from scratch
