The Role
The Sales Manager at Everstory Partners leads all Sales initiatives and practices. This role involves developing the front line Sales Counselors, driving performance through a customer-focused experience, and managing the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales staff to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor production at location and develop the sales team.
- Provide direction in hiring, promoting, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
- Ensure the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
- Communicate frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
- Daily evaluations of sales activity to provide recommendations and best practices.
- Coordinate employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; can appropriately handle employee relations and performance issues.
- Proven ability to develop new and effective methods of increasing sales in a competitive environment.
- Enjoys interacting and collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere.
- Well organized with strong time management skills.
- Able to work with clients one-on-one and build strong customer relationships.
- Able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must possess a valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Able to travel to potential clients' homes located anywhere in the geographic region served by the location.
- Able to obtain any relevant professional licensing required within 90 days of employment.
