As a Sales Manager, you will lead sales initiatives, develop front-line Sales Counselors, and deliver a customer-focused experience rooted in empathy and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales staff to ensure attainment of sales goals.
- Monitor production at location and develop the sales team.
- Provide direction in hiring, promotion, and training of assigned staff, ensuring company policies are followed.
- Ensure the best possible results from presentations to current and potential clients.
- Communicate frequently with all departments to ensure support of location needs.
- Conduct daily evaluations of sales activity to provide recommendations and best practices.
- Coordinate employee scheduling to ensure coverage at all times.

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of sales experience with a proven track record, preferably in a B2C industry.
- 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
- Proven leadership ability, excellent customer service, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise, motivate, and train sales personnel; handle employee relations and performance issues.
- Capable of developing new and effective methods to increase sales in a competitive environment.
- Enjoys collaborating effectively with others in a team atmosphere.
- Well organized with strong time management skills.
- Possesses confidence and professionalism to interact with clients over the phone and in person.
- Ability to work with clients one-on-one and build strong customer relationships.
- Possesses the desire to set your own schedule and ability to work evening and weekend hours.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle; offsite appointments and travel to client homes are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.
- Ability to travel to potential client homes anywhere in the geographic region served by the location.
- Ability to obtain any relevant professional licensing required within 90 days of employment.
- Availability to work some holidays, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Pay
$85,000 per year + bonus.
