We’re looking for energetic, goal-oriented Sales Managers who can unlock the power of the Orangetheory workout for others. You’ll bring new people into the studio, discuss their fitness goals, and support them on their journey.
Responsibilities
- High focus on lead outreach, conversion, and generation
- Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
- Conduct studio tours
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive and meet monthly goals
- Follow up with prospective members
- Handle member concerns professionally and objectively with the goal of resolution
- Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
- Work with manager to hit monthly KPIs
- Cross-train with Operations Manager to assist with facility issues (e.g., maintenance and cleanliness of studio)
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness realm
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to build effective relationships with prospective and existing members
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision
- Proven flexibility and willingness to handle various tasks independently and meet deadlines
- Passion for sales and fitness
Pay
$20.00 per hour plus commissions on sales plus quarterly bonus.
